Moving to ZenDesk will make it easier to submit requests, increase transparency into ticket status, and allow you to subscribe to release notes and documentation updates with the click of a button. With enhanced functionality in the ZenDesk Help Center, you also will find it easier to navigate technical documentation and new content.
