On September 27, The Departments released FAQ 61 that impacts previous guidance related to:
- The safe harbor provision related to percent of charge will be removed
- Deferred enforcement for prescription drug MRFs will be rescinded
This session discusses those updates. Additionally, there is a reminder on some intermittent issue, review of some open HSC tickets, and time for additional questions.
