• When sending in your end of month files check to see if you have a process that automatically sends new files (Cost or Provider) to test, this could cause issues
  • If we receive new Cost or new Provider files in UAT
  • HSQ automation is in place to auto-run ALL Services if a new control file is identified in UAT
  • This will update the index with the most recent provider run
  • Any tickets that are currently in triage will have to be re-run for reproduction
  • Could cause delays
