  • Office Hours
    • Starting the week of 11/13 (after the last Cohort has ended) we will have 5 weeks of Office Hours leading up to the end of the year
    • This will be a place to bring questions once per week for one hour
    • We will try to bring some examples of issues and their resolution to help lead the conversation
    • Discuss override updates for go live activities
  • Ticket Submissions
    • Process will remain the same for tickets and will be monitored by the cohort lead
