About this course
Health Plans contract with providers, group them into networks, and assign networks to products for sale in the marketplace. This means that the relationship between providers and products is connected via a network, and if you don't understand these connections, your members won't see the providers that are available to them.
In this course, you will first learn the definitions of the terms provider, network, and product. Then, you will learn the connections between them and walkthrough an example for a better understanding.
