Summary

We have undergone a rebrand. You previously knew us as HealthSparq; however, we are now known as Kyruus Health. With this rebrand, come some additional changes:

  • The Help Desk team is now known as Customer Support. Nothing will change in how they support you, as this is mainly a title change to align with the rest of the organization. 
  • The Account Managers you have worked with are now known as Customer Success Partners. They are the same individuals you have worked with, offering the same support. 
  • We will be migrating from Jira as a support tool and to ZenDesk.
