When & How to Send a Form:
- To send a form, go into the Hamburger menu and navigate to “send patient forms”; this is where you can select the forms you wish for the patient to fill out
Changing a Phone Number & iPad Workaround:
- If you want to send a form to a different phone number, within the “send patient forms” tab in the “confirm cell number” field, type the desired phone number and click send
- To send forms to in office iPads, you need to sign the iPads up for a Google number and use that number in the “send patient forms” tab
Consent Vs. Encounter Forms:
- Encounter forms will only go into Athena once the appointment has begun
