Execution Action 1 - Confirm Provider Index in Test environment

• Confirm that the BPD data is available in UAT

• –  Status “Not Ready to Work”

  • HealthSparq configuration updates are in queue or in process

  • HealthSparq will process Provider Data and make available in the UI

  • BPDKey will be used

• –  Status “Waiting for Customer”

  • Notification to plans that data is available in UAT

  • HealthSparq will change status to “Resolved”

    Execution Action 2 - Validation in the UI

• Ensure other teams within plan are aware of changes in UAT

• Confirm the accuracy of the data/using the BPDKey

  • –  Use Dev Tools to confirm key used and cost data sources

  • –  Review provider demographics (national search)

  • –  Review AXIS/NCCT Cost Searches

  • –  Review CLNR Cost Searches

  • –  Status “Not Ready to Work” v. “Waiting for Customer”
