• Nov. 14, 2023 - Begin End-to-End testing
• Dec. 20, 2023 - End to End Testing Checkpoints
  • Validation that stitching is completed
    • All Consumers need to meet this milestone
    • Plans and Vendors need to qualify
    • see the Matrixes for
      • Demographic/Quality/Analytics
      • Terminating
  • HealthSparq will report our results to BCBSA
  • HealthSparq will support plans as needed for their reporting
  • Plans will need to report results to BCBSA
  • Format of report (BCBSA will be sharing more details)
  • Counts based on data through the selected date
    • Select one date to report counts through
    • 11/17, 11/24, 12/01, 12/08, or 12/15
• Jan. 31, 2024 - Complete End-to-End testing
• Feb. 9, 2024 - BCBSA Sign-off
• Mar. 15, 2024 - Cutover
