Ensure that the following are in place (required to conduct validation):
- Test users are setup and active within Plan systems (test member portal, benefit adjudication, etc) with confirmed values
- Test users were provided to HealthSparq with confirmed values
- Prerequisite Action 3
- Member ID, member alias, product codes, member level details, alpha prefix
- If test users are accessed through the Health Plans test member portal, please ensure that HealthSparq has:
- test portal URL
- test user ID
- default password
- Test scenarios defined and shared with HealthSparq
- Prerequisite Action 4
- Test case ID, search details, reproduction steps
- Confirm that the appropriate team members have access to HealthSparq Support Center (HSC)
