Planning Action 1 - Analysis Pending Tickets
- Analysis identified providers that appeared invalid (providers not in the BPD data received from BCBSA)
- HealthSparq has been working with BCBSA to determine why data was not matching
- Additional analysis was placed on hold pending investigation with BCBSA
- Planning Action 1 tickets moved to “Pending” with comments
- Determined that HealthSparq is not authorized for the networks which Practitioner Roles reference
