This video focuses on the ticket process for both submitting questions and tickets that will be assigned to Plans.
Submitting Questions:
- https://healthsparq.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
- Use HSC to submit PDT questions (not addressed in pre-assigned tickets)
- This is the best way to get questions answered and support
- From the home page, select “Implementation Activities”
- Use “PDT Provider Data Transformation (BCBSA)”
- This will group your tickets for the SME’s dedicated to your cohort
- Fill out each field with as much detail as possible to ensure efficient triage of your inquiry
- Reference the test user and scenario
- Your dashboard will be the place to track open tickets and view the status of the work
Tickets Assigned to Plans:
The following tickets will be assigned to the primary contact for each plan to ensure that your plan is ready for data validation
- Initiation tickets
- Prerequisite - Action 1: Team Members
- Prerequisite - Action 2: Confirm data files sent include both valid PDT/BPD key and 5-part key in UAT/PVE
- Prerequisite - Action 3: Test Users for the Authenticated Experience
- Prerequisite - Action 4: Test Scenarios Public/Authenticated & Expected Results
- Planning
- Planning - Action 1: Confirm/Approve PDT/BPD Data Analysis Report
- Execution
- Execution - Action 1: Confirm Provider Index in Test Environment and Analysis
- Execution - Action 2: Validation in the UI
