- Using HSC to submit defects and queries is the best way to get SME support.
- From the home page, select '"Implementation Activities".
- Use "Transparency in Coverage 2024 (All Services)".
- This will group your tickets for the SME's dedicated to your cohort.
- Fill out each field with as much detail as possible to ensure efficient triage of your inquiry.
- Reference the test scenario/user.
- Your dashboard will be the place you will track open tickets and view the status of the work.
- All Services tickets give you the ability to update the status of the ticket.
- If you need support, want to close a ticket, or escalate a need, you can update the status. The support team monitors these and will respond to a change in status.
