Question: Although HSQ has indicated there won’t be an updated “standard” Service to Specialty Mapping at this time, is there any plans for one in the future?

Answer: Yes, that is the plan; however, a date has not been confirmed yet with Engineering. 

Question: Knowing the integrated nature of the Service to Specialty, Service to POS and Specialty to POS mappings, how have other clients tackled them? Did other clients work through the three mappings in a specific order or with a specific approach? We are seeing that the rate information seems to be testing out pretty well, but the challenge now is limiting the results to what is truly valuable, and that likely requires updates to all three mappings.
