TiC (All Services) Cohort 1 - Session 15
Session 15 includes a review of what post cohort support looks like along with a walkthrough of an existing HSC ticket regarding intermittent issues.
About this course
Following the cohort status review, Session 15 has a review of what the support plan is for cohort members once the cohort has concluded. In addition, there have been some intermittent issues identified which involved caching that was not getting properly set. An existing ticket with a resolution is walked through during the session as well.
