Follow Up to Intermittent Issues

We were able to identify a couple areas in our application where caching was not getting properly set
- Could have produced slightly different results (depending on the use case) by applying slightly different domain filtering or search parameters.
These caches are now working as expected with service-level tests in place to ensure proper function going forward.
