There is an update to the process for issue submission.
Previous Instruction:
- Document all defects in the Execution Item 2 ticket
Updated Instruction:
- All defects and questions should be submitted in the HealthSparq Support Center as individual tickets NOT in the Execution Item 2 as previously instructed.
- Execution 2 will be used as the sign off of validation before the promotion to production.
- This will allow us to track defects individually and ensure nothing is lost.
