When HealthSparq runs the cost index, it is run over the most recent provider data upload and the most recent cost data upload. If new data is submitted (either provider or cost) a new run would be needed, even if you want it to run for the new provider data (if it changes). New CHANGED provider data sent is not used in cost index. Note that if new data is submitted to run an ALL Services cost run, an off cycle ticket is needed.
