TiC (All Services) Cohort 1 - Session 9
Session 9 includes a reminder on updating the status of planning tickets and a question regarding blocked vs unblocked services.
About this course
For Session 9, there were no new HSC tickets submitted for discussion. Therefore, the bulk of this session is focused on Q&A. There is a quick reminder/discussion around how to utilize block lists and how blocking a service removes it from being able to be searched for.
Note, at this point cohort members should have reached the 50% milestone for testing and each week should be marching towards completing an additional 25%.
