As a reminder for the planning tickets, please do not change the status to Closed. These tickets will not be closed until we move to production, and they will be utilized as Go Live activities. Simply comment approval in the comment section and update the status from "Waiting for Customer" to "Respond to Support". HealthSparq will then update the status to "Pending" and provide comment that the approval has been received and ready for production.
