12/1 is the drop dead date if you want All Services in production before end of 2023
Submit a new HSC ticket requesting removal of 500 Services Block List and if applicable your specific block list be deployed.
If updated data needed comment in the same ticket with production Control File Name/date
File needs to be delivered to HSQ no later than EOD, 12/1
Post Cohort Support
Office Hours
Starting the week of 11/13 (after the last Cohort has ended) we will have 5 weeks of Office Hours leading up to the end of the year
This will be a place to bring questions once per week for one hour
We will try to bring some examples of issues and their resolution to help lead the conversation
Discuss override updates for go live activities
Ticket Submissions
Process will remain the same for tickets and will be monitored by the cohort lead
