Submit new TIC HSC ticket requesting removal of 500 Services Block List and if applicable your specific block list deployed.
Submit a new TIC HSC ticket if updated data needed along with production Control File Name/date
File needs to be delivered to HSQ by EOD, 12/1
Member access date will be 12/12/23
