Summary
A Flat Menu
- Is recommend for clients with a small list of products from which a member can choose
- Does not allow for any grouping of plans into logical sets
- Displays only the member-facing Product Name and Description as defined in fields 5 & 6 of the
- ProductNetwork file and assigned to the Product Code from field 4 of the ProductNetwork file
A 2 Level Nested Menu
- Is recommended when you have multiple lists of products from which a member can choose
- Allows products to be grouped together under a menu heading, such as Commercial, Exchange, Medicare, etc.
- Displays the menu heading (Menu Name) and any description given for each group of products
A 3 Level Nested Menu
- Is recommended when a number of products need to be organized (potentially with additional explanation) within a menu grouping to facilitate members ability to find the right product
- Allows for the greatest amount of explanation and detail to be shared with members as they look to select the product in which they will be searching
- Allows different groups of products to exist under a single menu heading
