As mentioned in the video, there are a few requirements that must be met to use Kyruus Health's SSO capabilities:
- Your healthcare organization must use one of the Identity Providers (IDPs) supported by Auth0. (For details, see https://auth0.com/docs/identityproviders.)
- Your healthcare organization's users must be identified by email address, not by username. For example, joe.smith@broadwayhealth.org is supported but bway\jsmith is not supported.
- Email addresses must be unique across the entire Kyruus Health user base.
- User's must log in via the Kyruus Health login as illustrated below. There is no vanity URL to log in from the customer's system.
