Just a reminder, when putting in tickets be sure you are utilizing the "issue level" to identify the priority of the defects. While it is not a required field, it is a very helpful field in helping HealthSparq triage tickets. Example: Critical is equal to a critical blocker, unable to move forward, and cannot continue testing.
