As in recent sessions, a portion is spent walking through live an issue that was submitted. This video walks through a performance issue where providers weren't loading in search results. This specific ticket is an example where the ticket was submitted prior to submission of new data which was rerun. The result was HealthSparq being unable to reproduce the original issue. This, however, was a positive instance where the rerun of new test data resolved the original issue.
