This is a second issue review. This time the issue is where a search is run for a specific service (11422) and a provider that should be in the search results (Kim, Gina) does not appear. This was caused by the limit set on providers returned for any given search. This is typically set at 400 providers; however, for this health plan specifically it was set at 200 (which is an atypical situation).
