Message Characteristics
- Message can be constructed based on:
- Provider attributes
- Location specific rules
- Specialty driven rules
- Search term driven rules
- Group/plan/brand driven rules
- Messages are displayed in specific locations based on the type of ruleset for the message
- Not all triggers apply to all types of rules
- The messaging component can live on its own, or be combined with a pre-sort/pre-filter of search results
- Messages that mimic a search result is limited to 2 providers/messages per trigger
- TiC Consideration: In addition to the benefits driven messages, search term messages can be created for cost searches
