  • Message can be constructed based on:
    • Provider attributes
    • Location specific rules
    • Specialty driven rules
    • Search term driven rules
    • Group/plan/brand driven rules
  • Messages are displayed in specific locations based on the type of ruleset for the message
  • Not all triggers apply to all types of rules
  • The messaging component can live on its own, or be combined with a pre-sort/pre-filter of search results
  • Messages that mimic a search result is limited to 2 providers/messages per trigger
  • TiC Consideration: In addition to the benefits driven messages, search term messages can be created for cost searches
