    • Draft the message(s) that needs to display to members on the Kyruus Connect for Payers tool
      • What is the message content?
      • Obtain any internal approvals of the content that are needed
  • Document the Business Rules

    • Identify and document the business rules for each message
      • What are the triggers?
      • What specific steps are taken to produce the message?
      • Where does the message display?
  • Work with the Kyruus Health Team to Configure Messaging
    • Once you’ve identified what information you need to communicate to members and have documented your business requirements, work with your Kyruus Health team to test and implement them

  1. Have a clear understanding of what you need to communicate to members
  2. Document the business rules that drive your messages, including triggers, actions and placement
